Happy Birthday Driauna Marie!!

Today is your day!! Today, we celebrate you. My second born child. I am so happy and honored to celebrate you as you turn 7. Happy Birthday, Driauna!! Man, seven already, where did the time go?

You were actually a surprise baby that ended up being the seam that pulled our family back together. Your dad and I were going through a super tough time and were on the verge of divorce and God said, un un uhhh, you won’t divorce because Driauna is on the way. And surprise, surprise….Mommy found out I was pregnant with you!! I remember the sweetest moment when you came out of my tummy, Daddy held you and said, “You are my Angel Baby. Thank you for saving our family.” A moment that I will never forget.

You are the sweetest, cutest little brown faced girl. I love the way you take care of your siblings and how you show love with your big heart. I love the way you look right now during your snaggle tooth phase and your laugh is adorable. You are the most athletic of all your siblings so far and you have gained the nick name Speedy! You remind me so much of myself and like I always tell you, big things come in small packages. I am honored to be your mommy and so blessed to call you daughter! I am enjoying watching you become the person that God has created you to be. And look forward to everything that life has in store for you!
